Plot Synopsis
Some people might consider Chloe Anne a long-haired domestic cat, but Chloe has no doubt of her true lineage: First Estate, through and through. She is a voluptuous feline of exceptional taste and refinement: gourmand, ballroom dance sensation, pop culture aficionado, femme fatale, loyal and loving companion.
It’s true that she comes from humble beginnings. And overcoming a most unfortunate incarceration in The Big House takes tremendous fortitude and strength on her part. But Chloe rises above it all, knowing that she is meant for glorious experiences, a life filled with celebration, passion and excitement. She takes on the world and all it has to offer: Cable TV, Costco rotisserie chicken, Dancing with the Stars, gefilte fish, broiled salmon with dill sauce, the Broadway stage, the New York Times (Food Section only, if you please). Chloe knows she can handle anything or anyone that comes her way.
But can she? Is it possible there is that proverbial chink (ever so small, of course) in Chloe’s soft, silky, white and grey armor…oops, fur? In an unguarded moment, Chloe experiences betrayal by a friend. Will being on excitement’s cutting edge be her downfall? Will she be returned to The Big House, to spend the rest of her years behind bars? Perhaps Chloe Anne learns that life—and hers in particular—isn’t a water bowl half-filled after all.
